Military Equipment

Wire rope isolators are used to support electrical/electronic cabinets on military vehicle, so that all devices mounted on top of the isolators can be protected against both shock and vibration when the vehicle runs on off-road.

Oil Exploration

Various electronic devices/analyzers are mounted onto the oil exploration truck with wire rope isolators, so that they can be protected against both shock and vibration when the truck runs under adverse road condition.

Airplane Engine Support

Shown in the picture is a support for airplane engine, on top of which the wire rope isolators are mounted in 45 compression mode. Such support can provide the fragile engine with best stability during transportation.

Rack Cases

Wire rope isolators are mounted in between the case and the inner frame in 45 mode, so that the devices mounted within the frame can be protected against shock and vibration during transportation or even when the rack case is dropped.

Electronic Cabinet

Shown in the picture is a typical setup for industrial-standard electronic cabinet, where wire rope isolators are used as both support under the base and stabilizers at the top back side.

Communication/Radio Box

Customized wire rope isolators are used to mount the communication/radio box onto moving vehicle. The system has passed the both vibration test under MIL-STD-167 standard and environment test under MIL-STD-810F standard.

Hard Disk

A compact type of wire rope isolator is mounted in between the hard disk and an outer frame. By using limited space, such setup provides the hard disk with protection against vibration and shock.

Petroleum Pipeline

By using groups of wire rope isolators as support under the petroleum pipeline, the impact on the pipeline introduced from both external environment and internal movement of the fluid can be minimized.

Nuclear Power Station Fan Stand

By doing a system design for the fan stand (with frame, devices and wire rope isolators), both the fan and the floor underneath are protected against the impact coming from the motor.

Subway Compressor

Customized wire rope isolators are designed and manufactured for

subway compressors. Such customized design takes care of both

asymmetrical system structure and mounting requirement (hanging).

Railway Compressor

Wire rope isolators are used to support railway compressor. This application

has passed shock & vibration test defined by IEC61373 standard.
